End of August approaching, depression.....and more masks

I haven't done a lot this month, though do have a few more masks to add.
It hasn't been a good month. We had to say goodbye to our lovely static caravan due to a change of circumstances. I am still very sad about it, I loved out little get-away to the sea.
Our son has had the first of his surgeries on his foot/leg, he is recovering well, still in a cast for another 2 weeks, then should get a walking boot for a while.
We also had some sad times with our daughter's best friend/almost sister-in-law, getting very ill. She was moved into the hospice and I was able to visit her before she grew her wings. She was only 26 but had fought all of her life, battling against cystic fibrosis, it is too cruel.
Her funeral was held last week, a celebration of her life. It was very touching, but very sad.
She was auntie to our granddaughter. She will be remembered to our granddaughter, she will know of  the love her auntie had for her during the first 8.5 months of her life.
Sadness has been an unwanted friend this month.

Masks - let me add the latest batch: 341 - 350
